CANCELLATION POLICY

Beauty by Makenna — Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I truly value your business and respect your time! Life happens and sometimes schedule changes are needed — I completely understand! All I ask is that you please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total service booked. • This fee helps cover lost time and must be paid before booking future appointments. No-Shows • If you don’t show up for your appointment and haven’t reached out, a 100% no-show fee of the scheduled service will be charged. • After one no-show, I may require a non-refundable deposit to hold future appointments. Late Arrivals • If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible! I’ll always do my best to accommodate you. • Arrivals 10–15 minutes late may need to be shortened to fit within the remaining time. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. Life Happens I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected things can come up.
